Ekhaga creates value over time through active ownership, sustainable investments, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Roots on Bjäre, focused on the future
With its roots on the Bjäre Peninsula and entrepreneurship as its driving force, Ekhaga has grown through long-term business development and strong values. Its history is shaped by hard work, responsibility, and close relationships, principles that continue to guide the Group’s businesses, investments, and approach to sustainable development today.
Ekhaga’s values are founded on a long-term perspective, responsible ownership, and strong relationships. Through active ownership and sustainable business models, we develop businesses that create lasting value over time for owners, employees, and society at large.
The Group consists of four business areas: the management of shareholdings in Peab, Annehem, and SkiStar, as well as the Bjäre Invest Group, which includes businesses such as Kranpunkten, Grevieåsen, and Carepa.
The strategy is to retain, manage, and develop these core holdings over the long term. Bjäre Invest will continue to grow through the development of its existing businesses and through acquisitions within selected sectors.
In addition, Ekhaga invests in other long-term and strategic holdings where its ownership can contribute to sustainable development and long-term value creation.
The Mats Paulsson Foundations is the collective name for three separate foundations established by Ekhaga’s owners. A common denominator across the foundations is their commitment to supporting charitable initiatives that promote people’s health and contribute to better lives.
The strong development and returns generated by the listed companies Peab and Annehem contribute indirectly to advancing the purposes of the Mats Paulsson Foundations, enabling continued support for initiatives that create value for people’s health and well-being.
